In order to replace the facet Eric had to cut the tiles and custom wall made from steel mesh and concrete. He did not know about this wall when he quoted the job, but the price increase was reasonable. Overall he was punctual, efficient and professional.

He was so nice, and told me how to shut it off over the phone. He came out on a Saturday, installed a new water heater on short notice, and gave me a great price. I am very happy with his service, I would highly recommend him.

Eric Braun was one of several quotes I received from different contractors. His pricing was the closest to what I was willing to spend, I felt that his professionalism was what I was looking for and being in the plumbing and heating buisness for many years...I was sure the job would be done well. Start to finish, it took a little over a month to totally complete with tileing,custom woodworking, inspections, etc.I couldn't be more pleased. It is not only beautiful but extreamly functional and easy to care for.

I FOUND OUT ABOUT THE COMPANY FROM A NEIGHBOR. WHEN THE COMPANY CAME INTO MY HOUSE THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING THAT THEY MESSED UP FOR EXAMPLE THEY CLEANED THE WATER UP THAT WENT ON THE FLOOR.
