I am very happy with the results! It is such a pleasure to walk into a freshly cleaned home and they do an excellent job. The scheduling is easy and everyone is always personable and I feel trustworthy. I have no problem letting them clean in my absence. I can highly recommend this company!

the girls that cleaned my house (Sara and Theresa) were phenomenal! They always cleaned my house so well and so thorough. Although it was clear they took their time in each room, they breezed through the house and I barely knew they were here except the sparkle they left behind! The price was spectacular for the services provided. I wish they came to my new house but it's far unfortunately. I would recommend this company to ANYONE!

The team at Total Home Cleaners is incredible. They are super responsive, professional and always prompt. The day before they are scheduled to clean, the owner calls and lets us know what time the team will be here. They are always there when they say! The team is so nice. They come in and start right way, and really do a great job. Our place has never been cleaner. They even make our bed which is so nice to come home to.

They did a good job and were very reliable. I have only good things to say about them. It would be great if they could work on weekends, though. They finished in about 3-4 hours and I would consider using them again.

We were customers for a long time and they do a great job! The ownership is very engaged and responsive, and they were very receptive to any specific requests we had. The owner would actually drop in on the crews to see how they're doing and would ensure any potential issues were resolved with quite a bit of attention to detail. I also like that they would send 3 people and really blitz our house! We were with them for about 5 years and there was only a $5 price increase in that time. We've since moved but would recommend them.

They do a pretty good job, A- overall. The staff is very friendly and they're very thorough. I though it was about $100 more than I expected, but this was also the first time I've had a housecleaner out. I would use them again and recommend them.

We've been using them for over a year and we'll likely stay with them. We have them do the whole house and I'd say that their rates are reasonable. A- on their quality. They generally show up in the window of time they give, although it would be nice to have a more precise time. I would recommend them, though.

Three employees came out and there were some troubles with communication. I did pay a lot for their services, since they said it was the first time they were cleaning and it is a big house. They were punctual, on time and they were good with their follow-up though.

At first, the cleanings were fine. But recently, they have been doing a horrible job and are not careful in my home. A few months ago, there was a a large dark spot on my rug that wasn't there before they cleaned (they come when I am not home and it looked like something had been spilled). I called the office repeatedly and nobody ever called me back or addressed my concerns.
Two weeks ago, when I returned after a cleaning I found a huge scratch on the 1920s immaculate wood floors, caused when they dragged a plant across the floor instead of picking it up to move it.
In addition, I have noticed cobwebs in the corners of rooms, along windows, etc. in recent months, leading me to believe they are not doing a thorough job. I live alone, am very clean and tidy, so there's no excuse for the horrible service, especially when they are charging $120 for a two bedroom, one bath small home.
I am switching cleaning companies and having someone else come beginning next week.
