Landscaping
He is very knowledgeable, good, and careful but he is also erratic and unreliable about showing up. He does a good job but you never know if and when he?ll show up.

I think he is extremely knowledgeable. He knows his plant and soil conditions. He does very interesting landscaping beds, not your boring suburban type of stuff. He guarantees the things that he does for a year. He also checks on everything that he does frequently.
