One dreary morning, I managed to lock myself out of the house after dropping my son off at school.
I have a key that worked the deadbolt but not the doorknob, and had put off getting that fixed. I called Summit Locksmith, and Jennifer answered the phone. She expected to be at my address within an hour, and arrived after about 45 minutes. After checking my ID, she got to work. Lock needed lubricating, a few taps from a special hammer, and a little patient jiggling; she had my key working the lock after about ten minutes.
