The proposal was competitively priced and the quality of workmanship was superior. The project was completed on-budget and ahead of schedule. The use and selection of subcontractors was consistent with projects of this scope and size. The Builder consistently appraised us of his progress (email & photos) and actively involved us in the decision making process. The work passed each and every inspection the first time. One inspector even went so far as to compliment the cleanliness of the job site which also pleased my neighbors. While I recommend homeowners screen multiple builders for new construction/additions, I would strongly suggest that you include Ocean View Builders in your next project.
