I decided to update a small bathroom. I chose this contractor because he has done a lot of work for me over the last 10 years (including a larger bathroom, general remodeling, etc.) and I have always been satisfied. Franklin, the owner of the company, made suggestions as to what I should do in terms of the work and also as to the design, color, etc. One thing I like about working with Franklin is that he always listens to me and gives me good ideas, but is more than willing to follow exactly what I say. This work was actually done when I was out of the house for a few weeks in the hospital and rehab, so I left an old bathroom and came back to a lovely new one! There were a few minor things that I wanted changed (because I wasn't present when the work was actually done), and Franklin came back promptly to fix them.
