 + 0 moreOn 8/2/2013 I called and left a message regarding the problem we were having with the backwash feature. They did not respond. On 8/9/2013 I called and left another message regarding the same thing. Again, there was no response. On 8/12/2013, I emailed the company and did not receive a response. I still have not received a response from the company, and so on 9/3/2013 I sent him a letter of dismissal, despite the fact we have contract with him for pond maintenance. Due to their lack of response, and indifference toward us, we have formally dismissed them.
Description of Work: We used this company to maintain our pond. We had an issue with the backwash feature on the control valve, so we contacted the company about the issue.
