Called several garage door repair companies and Door Doctor was the right choice. They were very responsive over the phone, showed up when they said they would and replaced both extension springs on the door in less than 30 minutes. This project would have taken me hours to do after purchasing the supplies. Highly recommend Chris and his company.

These guys are absolutely amazing !! They did a phenomenal job with both my garage doors. Extremely professional, showed up on time, began working immediately and were very efficient.  They answered all my questions and reviewed all the work required in detail. Stuck to the original quote they gave me over the phone, no pressure and absolutely no "up-sale". I had some parts sitting around the house, they looked over the materials and pointed out what they could use. Did not try to push their equipment in any way. Honest guys who truly aim for customer satisfaction. In the future Door doctor will be the only company I use for my garage needs.

Chris from the Door Doctor responded immediately to my request for service.  He scheduled the installation and completed the job in a little over an hour.  I had surgery that week and was somewhat limited in my ability to get around but he was able to work with me so that I was only called on at key milestones through out the installation.  I received a thorough walkthrough at the end of the installation and he even returned the next day to see if I had any questions or concerns.  I am so thrilled with my garage door and MyQ features that now allow me to track the status of my door...I have Chris to thank for that.  He is efficient, honest, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Christen (owner and Installer) was very professional. He is very knowledgeable of his trade. He took the time to explain in detail what options I had including educating me the difference between professional oppose to retailer store garage opener units. There is no up sale and they are so responsive in returning your calls and answering your questions.
Christian and one crew mate came on schedule, on time. There was one issue where they brought the wrong unit to install but became a non-issue when they went back to get the correct one. Meanwhile, his crew mate stayed behind and worked on installing the trim, sensors, emergency lock. The whole process took 1.5 hours to complete. Upon completion, they ensured I knew how to work it.
Later that week, I noticed error code messages on the control panel. Called Christian, he came out and explained it was a non-issue and even called unit's technical support to give me peace of mind that the error message was informative purposes and nothing wrong with the installation. He went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Went very well. Very professional and responsible. Price was great. Came very early in the morning and performed job within the same day. They were very promt and responsive. One of the doors I could not lock and they came the next day and adjusted the door free of cost. I would highly recommend them.

He was very good. I would highly recommend him. I thought we needed a new door and he talked us out of that and said that he could make repairs to the door and make it work for us. I respected him for that. He was here on time. He came when he said he was going to. He did an excellent job, clean up, if we had any problems to call him. We haven't had any problems what so ever. Like anything, I would have liked it to be cheaper, but you get what you pay for. We have 2 remotes and the new tracks. I don't know what to compare it to because I didn't call anybody else. He did a good job.

Delivered all we discussed and then went further - he is a perfectionist - put everything on paper - and delivered it on paper and was on time. I'm more than satisfied.
