He lost his temper and spoke very rudely when we asked him to take a look at the screeching issue on the garage told just after 2 months of changing the opener, and replacing parts on garage door that he suggested. He doesnt own up to his work should any issue arises after he replaces the opener.

Stay Away from this company. They make decisions for you. I asked for black hardware and tracks. Instead of ordering powder coated items they came with painted items. Needless to say two weeks later the paint started to scrape off and the garage looks horrible. Their reasoning was it was cheaper. I was not presented with the alternative. They also pulled the old garage door operator off the ceiling which cost me $$$$ to repair. They left with the door screeching. When I left a message for a return visit to repair the faulty door it was ignored and I needed to get another company to correct the improperly installed door, again additional $$$$ I then called and told them I no longer needed the repair. A totally unethical company. The weakest link in my entire garage project.

Fantastic work. The door has held up well….we had it installed 8 years ago!

They were prompt..free estimate..the cost was what they quoted..they arrived on time...they were professional and courteous. 1 year warranty on parts and labor. I had them convert retractable springs with torsion springs

Chris and his partner were on time, thorough and very clean. They even identified a misalignment in the door track and attempted to fix it (couldn’t be done based on proximity to the wall). They were a few extra bucks more than the next best quote, but they were worth it.

Chris did a fantastic job repairing broken torsion springs and cables and installing 2 new Chamberlain garage door openers. His work was impeccable and his prices were quite fair. I have recommended him to two of my neighbors who are in need of his expertise.. John D. of Randolph, NJ

Chris was professional and didn t charge just to assess the problem. He gave me a reasonable quote over the phone and fixed the issue quickly.

Outstanding workmanship and customer service. Chris answered all my questions clearly and promptly. No attempt to upsell product or services. In fact, he ended up installing a better door than originally ordered, at the same lower cost. First contacted him on Sat morning .... new door was fully installed by Wed night. I would highly recommend Chris for a garage door replacement.

He came promptly, explained what the problem was, and offered me choices as to what I could do. I did not compare his prices with those of other people, but his prices seemed reasonable.

Came right away. Explained what needed to be done and why his recommendation differed from what I had done in the past. Replaced the spring and pully mechanism and programmed a new remote on a very old door. The door opens smoothly and quietly. Satisfied.

I had called the service company, which installed our door originally, for a week, but never got a response. So, I tried HomeAdvisor and found Door Doctor, which gave me a prompt service. It's absolutely worth it!

My garage door opener wouldn't work. I gave permission for him to enter the garage and see what was wrong. He called me at work and told me what had to be done. After I gave him the go ahead, it was fixed. Garage Dr took my credit card over the phone. The card company would not allow it. He sent me a bill and I indicated I would pay him when I got paid (a 1.5 weeks later) And he said "No Problem". That's customer service.

I thought my creaky, hard-to-open garage door would just require some new rollers, but Chris quickly diagnosed a few other problems, including faulty framing, that would eventually damage the door. In less than 2 hours, Chris and his worker replaced the rollers, installed a safety spring, re-framed the door and installed new weatherproofing. Chris is courteous, efficient and professional. I decided not to upgrade to an automatic garage door at this time, but when I do, I will call Chris. Definitely recommend this company!

Parts had to be ordered to complete the repair, and the estimate of their cost should have been written down to avoid confusion on the final billing; but, work ethic and value was superior !! They actually billed me zero for the first call, which lasted over 2 hours ! I have never experienced this !

They were on time, in and out in a reasonable amount of time. My husband was overall pleased with the Guy's presentation because he offered trimming and did a professional job.
