We changed our mind on what we wanted/could afford a number of times. They were patient with us and helped us come up with the right solution. We went with their recommended carpet and are please with the results. Price seemed fair too. My only complaint is that it took a week or two longer than I was led to believe for the carpets to be ready for pick-up. But all in all, a good experience and I would use them again.

despite it being a small job, they were prompt in responding, did a perfect job of matching old and new carpet, and charged very fairly for their services.

If you use Cove, avoid the salesman Lester!
I looked at several places and Cove seemed in line as far as pricing and had a good selection so decided to go with them. The salesperson, Lester, came out to measure and we had a discussion as to how I wanted the foyer, stairs and hallway carpet bound with 3" of the hardwood left exposed on each side. Lester called me with the quote and I specifically asked him if that price included the "entry, stairs & hallway" and he said yes (I also have this written on the piece of paper with all the numbers he gave me so have zero doubt on my memory of this). The carpets came in on time and the installers arrived when they were supposed to and installed the carpet in the bedroom, foyer & stairs. The only issue was that they didn't install the hallway carpet because apparently that wasn't part of the order and they called to confirm this with Lester. When I called to question him, he did not remember discussing the hallway and just said he must have gotten distracted by one of the other measurements and it wasn't included in the price he quoted me. As a result, I had to pay close to an extra $1,000 to have them also carpet the hallway.
I have no issues with Cove - the carpet is very nice and the installation went smoothly. However, I would advise anyone to either avoid using Lester altogether (as I will when I carpet the rest of my house) or get everything very clearly in writing from him.
Update... We went back to Cove to carpet our master bedroom and had no problems with measuring, installing or pricing. We love the carpet and installation was seamless. I would definitely use them again.

We were looking to replace old carpet in 3 bedrooms with new carpet. We found this company through Angie's List and was not disappointed.
We went into their showroom with little knowledge of the options available to us and our sales consultant was very patient and helpful. He reviewed our options and pointed us in the right direction without pushing his own agenda. He took into consideration our lifestyle and was nice enough to even come over after his shift to measure the rooms personally.
The installation was 2 weeks later, and the two guys who showed up were clean and quick. They did an excellent job and we are very happy with the results.
Are they more expensive than what you see in Home Depot, perhaps. But their price is all inclusive, with labor, removal and floor new padding etc included. I would definitely use this company again.

This was a good experience. The salesman, Jerry, was very helpful, and the work was done quickly and well. The price may have been a little high, but they had to deal with a floor that needed a little work after the old carpet and padding were torn up, and the new carpet.is wool. We plan to use Cove again and would recommend them to others.

They were very professional, they were on time, they followed up, and their customer service was great. The carpet looks excellent and their cleanup was good. I would absolutely use them again.
