Description of Work: A mold problem many years in the making due to water seepage into basement was remediated by Brian and his company. They completely gutted a finished 1400 square foot basement. Removed every square inch of basement materials, scrubbed walls, floors, ceiling joists with anti-microbrial cleaner. Ran air scrubbers for slightly less than a week. Before beginning the work, they helped remove some of the basement's contents, cleaning them off before storing them in garage or shed. Also, they sealed off the basement from the rest of the house. It should be further noted that they were extremely respectful of our property and privacy.
