From the first phone call with the young lady that answered the phone, the lady gave me exact specifications on how they were going to determine the pricing by measuring, She gave me specifics on how and when they would pick it up. She was very precise and very pleasant. The cleaned the wrong and then stored it at no additional charge for 2 months, while I was in the process of moving and getting the new homes carpets shampooed. They did a fantastic job with the cleaning. When they came to drop off the rug the delivery team was professional and even gave me tips on how to situate the furniture in the room to make the rug fit and look great. I was very please with the overall service and wouldn't use anyone else at this point. i would recommend them to everyone.

The service was way too fast. The guy was not taking time to allow the machine to do its job. We got all new carpeting a little over 4 years ago, so the carpets were actually not very dirty, there were just a few stains here and there and the main reason I was calling for this service was because of cat allergies. Our cat used to go upstairs and I needed to get the allergens out of my bedroom/carpeting because I developed a severe allergy to the cat. The good thing was that I caught on right away that he was working way too fast, so I stayed with him the whole time as much as was possible. I made him go back many times to redo areas because I could still see the stain but he was just moving on to other areas without taking the time to get the stain out or giving it a chance to completely wash out. He did not have any tools that had any sort of a brush to scrub areas with stains which made it difficult to get the stains out. I constantly had to keep telling him to go back and go over the stain again until it was out. I should not have had to do that, getting the stains out was his job, what he came in to do. If the carpet was completely clean I would not have called him in the first place. He kept telling me that the stains showed because the carpet was wet and that once it dried they would not be visible. The bad thing was that some areas I was not able to stand over his head to make sure he cleaned it thoroughly, like the top of the stairs, hallway and the stairs. They work backwards, working their way out of areas so they don?t step over them and they do this with large equipment in hand so I had to get out of his way when it came to the stairs. Subsequently, he did those areas very fast and I was not able to tell him to redo those areas or put some extra time into it to get everything out. I could not walk up the stair to check to make sure everything was actually clean because the stairs were wet. When I finally went up, I saw the stains still there as they were before. Sadly the stairs were the dirtiest part of all the carpeting he had to clean, they remain as dirty as they were before. Basically, I got my carpets steam vacuumed rather than shampooed and actually cleaned. I would not recommend them again.
