Any minor things that need to be done like oil changes or brakes done. Things the dealership would charge you 5 times more for. My family and my children use them too. We've never had a problem with them.

I was preparing my car for sale, 2000 Toyota Avalon with 208,000.  I needed to know the cause and cost of the oil burning smell.  I have been using West 10 for over 10 years.  I credit them for keeping my car on the road for 15 years.  I found all the personnel professional and knowledgeable.  I will continue to use them with my new car once the warranty runs out.  I wholly recommend them.

Make an appointment. Small waiting room. Bring something g to do while you wait. Very nice and professional. Wait time is reasonable.

fair priced and almost everything is done in one day. Not the cheapest around but I feel like they are doing the right thing always and do not have to wonder if you are getting taken.
