Micheal stuck with me for over 6 months to help me get exactly what I wanted. I am very satisfied with Suburban Furniture. Their return policy is generous and customer service is excellent. I highly recommend salesperson Micheal Weiss.

 + -1 moreMy family and I have dealt with a different company in North Carolina for years. After our salesman retired we decided to try a local company. WHAT A MISTAKE THAT WAS!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! The furniture I discarded was in better shape than what was sent to me.
Description of Work: My wife and I purchased a new dining room set from Suburban Furniture. After opening the table to store the leaves, we noticed a guide fell out and the wooden track was split. Screws that hold the cushions onto the chairs fell out of the bottom of the chairs. We agreed to have the table replaced and the chairs fixed. The second table was delivered only to find a large splinter sticking out of a finished surface. I spoke with sales manager Robert Wateworth who stated "my standards were too high". He also would not set up a 4 hour morning delivery time for the third table even after his customer service manager Michelle stated this was possible. We will try again for this Friday to have the third table delivered.
