Cant say enough good things about PJ's. Keith, Dean & everyone there are truly the best in the business. Since we started using PJ's 20+ years ago we have only had positive above expectation experiences. They work great with customers & insurance companies. I would never think about going anywhere else.

The window arrived as planned and was installed. The light housing they ordered didn't match (my car was assembled in Canada, makes a difference) so they reordered through Toyota. It came a day later at a higher price. PJ Auto Body absorbed the cost to make up for the inconvenience of having to return another day. Quite nice. After providing a quote which I accepted, they vacuumed the broken glass, taped plastic sheet to the window (rain was predicted, and I park outdoors) and they were very friendly and accommodating. Work was professional, high quality.

Recently something shattered the sunroof of our 2012 Camry.Having had body work at PJ's last year with excellent results,the decision of where to take the car was easy.Owner Keith Tighe is fantastic.He told us that he could get a used sunroof and it would save us hundreds of dollars over a new one with no difference in quality.Everything worked out very well,again.If you need auto body work go to PJ's-you will be glad you did.

Owner Keith Tighe looked at our car which had damage in three places.He worked his magic.Two spots looked serious.He showed us they were actually superficially damaged.Keith could have told us the car needed serious expensive work.He didn't.He is very honest.If we need body work,we will definitely go back to PJ's.

It was wonderful. It was a breeze getting in contact with them, all insurance paper work was done by PJ's and they made my car look as good as new. The car was in there garage for less then 2 days and everything was completely taken care of. I would absolutely use them again and enjoyed my interaction with them.

They are amazing. They explain things thoroughly and their prices are great. The workmanship is excellent. It was a beautiful job, done when they said they would do it, the car came back immaculate and I couldn't tell anything was done.

Great help; and professional!

The process to repair our car went very well. An estimate was given which we shared with our insurance company. Our insurance company wanted to take 30% of what they were giving us because the car was totaled. When I told Kieth, he said he never heard of such a high fee to get a car back and to tell that to the insurance company. When I told our insurance company that their fee was excessive and very uncommon, they agreed within one day to lower the fee to 20%! (That is still high.)
As a result, the cost to repair our car was covered 100%.
Not only is PJ's an honest company, but Kieth looks out for his customers and wants them not to have to pay out of pocket for car repairs when covered by insurance.
We are repeat customers and would not go to anyone else for auto body repairs.

Visited PJ's to get an estimate to repair damage to my daughter's Civic. We had obtained two other estimates and PJ's price and alternatives were much better than the other two. Have not had the work done yet, but clealry intend to bring there when we do.
