Overall, the company did a good job. There was an initial issue of receiving a quote over the phone (after they came and measured the area) but when we went in the next day to make a deposit, the price was $200 higher without any reason other than they had given us the wrong price. Quality of the installation was good. We did require a followup visit for some minor uneven areas, but they responded appropriately and sent the installers back to make the fixes (took a little time to get them back, but no unduly so).
