I hired Douglas to regrade the back yard so water would not come into out basement, they did the project and on the contract it said that all work is guaranteed and they did all kinds of work for us, when it rains I have water sitting in low pockets and our basement still gets wet and he keeps stiff arming me and tells me were on his schedule and never gives me a date, this has been going on for awhile and I still have not got the problems resolved

So far so good!

When I called their office he was very prompt in sending someone to the site for ideas. They drew a wonderful preliminary plan. Then I requested that Doug Fullerton come back so we could make changes. He had wonderful ideas. He started the work in just a few days. He did everything we wanted, and he did it wonderfully. The prices were reasonable. He also moved a shed so that we could make better use the space. The customer service was terrific. I can't imagine anyone could have done a better job with no stress or hassle. It looks beautiful, and this was all done in just 3 weeks, was exactly how long he said it would be! He is a real landscape architect and knew exactly what he was doing. I would recommend him to anyone.

Doug Fullerton was extremely responsive, friendly , easy to work with and very accommodating. The crew that built the pergola were true craftsmen. They certainly paid a lot of attention to the details and made sure the end product was not only structurally sound but also aesthetically pleasing. We couldn't be happier with the finished product as well as with the experience we had with Fullerton Landscape Architects.

We had a 12x24 patio installed behind our townhouse. The job came out even better than we envisioned it! The worksite was always clean and tidy, with little disturbance to my neighbors. They worked swiftly and make my backyard into the oasis I was hoping for!

A very professional and capable team; Owner Doug takes personal interest in all aspects of design and execution but also brings in VERY capable teams and team leads for each craft involved. Changes were managed professionally as well.

Highly professional and excellent work. Showed up and completed work in a timely fashion. Best of all a professional manager dropped by almost everyday and served as a single point of contact. He took care of all punch list items. I recommend them highly.

These guys are great. I highly recommend them.

Totally disappointed !!

Top-notch company that fully explained everything. My wife and I had numerous questions about our sod installation, and the men answered everything kindly- not patronizingly as some contractors have done. Sod looks amazing, and will DEFINITELY hire them again.

Doug was fabulous to work with! He and his men built a new front porch for us in addition to a new boulder retaining wall to expand the size of our front yard. Work was completed on time, and on schedule, with minimal inconvenience to us (which was especially important as my wife was home with a new baby at the time). We would definitely recommend Doug Fullerton and plan to hire him for future landscaping projects.

We didn't shop around. From first contact through design through on-site visit, Fullerton was very professional. We had several weeks of delays because of the weather. Project is now done and looks great.

I would really have to think about just how much I disliked someone to then suggest they contact this "Landscape Architect" firm for their needed work.

They were great. Did Quick Magic last week, got estimate and finished steps within a week. Workers did a great job and then cleaned up everything.

These landscapers were here on time, and they did a wonderful job., and they were fast too. I would recommend them to my friends.

Class act company, they worked as a team under the leadership of Mr. Doug Fullerton I believe we received good economic value for our project. Additionally when the project was completed they followed up to ensure we were happy and corrected any issues we had.

Doug was very professional and really got what I was trying to do w/ my landscaping.
