It was a long process mostly because of the need to find fill for our backyard. The front staircase from the street went in very quickly and we get constant compliments on it (especially from the mailman!) and it's beautiful! The other staircase from the driveway to the front porch is GORGEOUS and very well done and we love the plants they chose for us - they also saved our giant butterfly bush and replanted it for us as well. The path they laid in matches the existing one perfectly. They were very flexible making sure the job fit what we needed and designed on the fly to accommodate our requests without charging us extra (BIG WIN!) They still have some minor fixes to do (leveling out the fill etc) but over all it was a beautiful job, done very well and for a good price. I had gone back to Fullerton because they had done our driveway after the township left us in the lurch after finishing the easement. Fullerton did a great job then and they did a great job this time. He has the best team of guys and I appreciate their great work. Doug also knows all the new stuff coming out and has a great idea for products that will fit you needs and budget. AND they fixed our mailbox when their dump truck snapped it off the pole. My only complaints would be the lack of communication on timing but when you contact him he's pretty quick at getting back to you. Also be very clear about payments when you set up the contract so that there will be no misunderstandings (minor issue). Other than that - they are worth every penny and I would definitely use them again! They made our house look SO MUCH BETTER and so much more convenient to get around our steep property!

They responded very quickly to get the job and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time.  But after a couple of storms I could see some low areas which were to be redone as agreed in contract.  Doug quickly responded to my calls and agreed to come back to redo the low areas and reseed however that has not happened.  After numerous attempts I have given up.  I would not use them again and would caution everyone. 

Overall they did a good job with the hard scaping and seeding. Quick to assess and prepare the land but took a bit of time to actually start the grading. Once started it went very fast and the seeding was also quick. Due to heat the grass has been burnt and they have agreed to reseed but that has not happened as yet. I seem to be experiencing some delays with them returning to re-seed.

They did a good job. The trees were very big and they posed a safety hazard. The trees could have damaged my roof even if there was a strong wind blowing. I told them about my concerns and suggested as which trees were to put down. The person who came to work agreed to some of the trees and did not agree to some. I left it in his hands as he was in a better position to decide about the trees than I was. The price was in line with what I wanted.

I have used them for many years. They are an award winning company. They are very talented. Their customer service is great and they are very responsive to my calls & emails. They lay down the yard and tell me where to plant what. Their prices are fair. Their quality of work is high and they are not satisfied if I am not satisfied.
