He did a good job. He brought the equipment that it was needed. He was on time. He came back, did the final cleanup, and top coat. I would use him again. I think I was happy with what he quoted me. He was right on with the incidentals.

Initially we were excited to use Dave from All-County to widen and repaved out driveway.  He came up with some good ideas on the best way to widen our driveway.  He did not think that the job would be complicated.  That's where it ends.  Dave and his crew came late in the day.  By the time they were finishing it was getting dark.  They seemed to rush through the low spot and unevenness inspection process.  During the next rainstorm, there was two huge puddles right outside our garage doors.  We became concerned not only because the spots were low but in the winter months would be extremely icy.  After numerous calls, he finally return to the site and agreed it was too low.  He explained his lateness was due to trying to obtain good asphalt.  He also proceeded to tell us that our driveway was difficult.  His crew came back and filled in the low spots.  However, in doing so the high spot he created has forced water into our garage.   Now, after every rainstorm 1/3 of our garage gets flooded from the water.  We have tried to contact Dave numerous times and have taken pictures to show him but as of today's date he has not returned any of our calls or stopped by to view the situation.  Unfortunately, our only recommendation is NOT TO USE Dave and All--County Paving for any of your driveway needs.

It took Dave several days to return each of my calls, but once we connected, he came right over and gave me a written estimate on the spot. He was the lowest of several bidders at $10,250.
He was to remove the existing 265and quot; driveway and remove all debris, lay and compact a layer of crushed stone and come back a few weeks later to lay the asphalt.
It was late in the season and he was very busy. I had to wait several weeks but I wasn't in a hurry. Dave called and scheduled the work, and showed up on the scheduled day, completing the removal and stone laying in one day and the asphalt laying on a single day several weeks later. All work was done as promised and on the agreed schedule. It looks terrific! I'm very pleased with the work.
I didn't pay a cent until the job was completed, and Dave readily accepted my $200 coupon.

Met with Dave for an estimate. Very nice down to earth person. Explained that rip out was required due to sink holes and that he would dig them out and make sure they're compacted properly. I called him to start the job after getting multiple estimates and multiple skipped appointments by some contactors. He told me that it would be a couple of weeks because of the volume of work. He called be a couple of weeks later and told me when he'd begin work. He showed up on the day promised. He ripped out existing driveway and Curbing and carted it away. They then put in new Belgian Block Curbing and Regraded the driveway to have the water run away from the house. They then added 4 inches of QP (3 Loads) to give the new driveway to have a solid base. They rolled out the QP compacting the QP, He got here about 9 AM and finished up at 9 PM.



Allowed the QP to settle for 4-6 weeks to firm up.



They laid down 4 inches of asphalt and compacted it with roller.



Dave explained every step about laying down the asphalt and the settling and setting of the QP.



Great Job with a Great Boss

Dave and his crew did an excellent job on the driveway installation. When Dave came to discuss the job, he arrived on time, answered all my questions, and addressed my concerns about drainage. Although I contacted other installers, I decided to go with All County based on the time Dave spent with me going over the job details; and, the fact that he would be not only supervising the work but also doing the work hands on. After observing Dave on the job, its very clear to me that he is a craftsman who takes pride in his work. I do recommend All County Paving.

All County Paving did an excellent job! Dave arrived promptly after contact and gave us one of the best prices. There were some lower bids, but they did not offer the same asphalt thickness, so the quality was not as good. Overall, the price was the best and they accomadated our schedule to have the driveway replaced while we were out of town. It's been 7 months since the job was completed and it's clear All County did an excellent job in pitching the driveway so water runoff is driven to a dry well, instead of cascading down the front lawn. They also contoured the driveway to more adequately direct runoff towards another drain that is halfway down the drive and installed a sturdy drain cover that keeps it from clogging as it had in the past. Overall, an excellent job at an excellent price. We highly recommend them.

Excellent experience. Tim, the company estimator, came when promised and within a day he provided a complete scope of services proposal. He promptly and thorough answered all my questions. On the agreee-upon day, Dave, the owner, came with an experienced crew and all the appropriate equipment to start and complete the asphalt driveway paving job. The team worked well together and finished the job within half a day. They all were very courteous and respectful to my wife and me. When the job was done, they cleaned up the site leaving no mess whatsoever. Dave, the owner, was easy to work with and friendly. Moreover, his prices could not be beat.

A mess that began when they neglected to put tape or a bucket in front of the driveway to indicate "hazard" (on top of performing the job after 7:00 at night). We were away on vacation and a friend stopped over and drove right on the driveway causing a mess on the sidewalk, etc. No apologies. Took weeks to resolve. Total lack of communication. We weren't happy at the end, but needed to move on with our lives.
