I called the provider the end of April 2014 to set a date for opening my pool and installing a new skimmer. He told me the second week of May would work. He did not show or call me. I called him and he would come the last week of May. He did not show and did not call. I called him two additional times with two tenative dates to come and open and fix the skimmer. Again, never showed and I had to call him. After the fourth time I found a new pool company. I was a loyal customer, having used this company for about 18 years. He demonstrated no interest in keeping me as a customer.
