pool cleaners
 + -1 moreI called the provider the end of April 2014 to set a date for opening my pool and installing a new skimmer. He told me the second week of May would work. He did not show or call me. I called him and he would come the last week of May. He did not show and did not call. I called him two additional times with two tenative dates to come and open and fix the skimmer. Again, never showed and I had to call him. After the fourth time I found a new pool company. I was a loyal customer, having used this company for about 18 years. He demonstrated no interest in keeping me as a customer.
Description of Work: the provider gave me four different dates for when he was going to provide me the service required. did not show on any of these days and never returned my calls.
