BRUMBACH APPLIANCE SERVICE

I called Mark late Thursday afternoon and he called me back 10 minutes later and scheduled a time to come out the next day. He gave me a time window (10-2) and arrived exactly at 10:00. He quickly diagnosed the issue (bad fan motor) and replaced the part. All in less than an hour.

My mother-in-law called me at work and said our freezer was leaking water and the refrigerator was not running. I called Brumbach and left a voice mail. Mark called me back promptly. I explained the problem to him, and he said he would be there within a 1/2 hour. I couldn't believe the response time was so fast! Mark arrived when he said he would, diagnosed fixed the problem. He called me at work to explain what the issue was and the charge was reasonable. I would use this technician again in the future.

Turned out to be a blocked hose , the service technician even showed me how to fix it for future reference.

Mr. Powell responded rapidly, made an appointment, came out right on time, and fixed the dishwasher in 20 minutes for a very fair price! Very pleased with his knowledge, professionalism, friendliness - we will definitely call again.

Mr. Brumbach was very nice. He wasn't going to be able to come out for a couple of days but when I said I was hoping it could have been sooner he said he would be right out. He asked me the make and model of our machines. Within 20 minutes he was at my house and within 45 minutes everything was fixed. He was very nice and very professional. Would recommend him to everyone.

I found a problem with our refrigerator. I searched Angie's List to find Brumbach's Appliance Service, who is highly recommended by previous customers, and within a reasonable proximity to our home. . Left a message late in the day; my call was returned immediately - Very personable gentleman listened to the problem and the service call was set. Within 36 hrs. The problem was fixed! No waiting,no muss no fuss!

My washer broke and I had to contact my insurance provider for service. They outsourced Brumbach Appliance. I was a little nervous because the insurance provider doesn't always send out the best companies. So I checked Angies List and saw that they received 3 reviews...all A's! To my pleasant surprise, the reviews were right. So happy with the service, attention to detail, professionalism and expertise. I would recommend this company and use them again!

He takes his time to investigate the problem and is very fair in pricing. He's punctual and we can trust him. I will use his services again in the future. He always goes the extra mile!

We've had Brumbach before and they are extremely responsive and willing to do what it takes to solve your problem. We're very pleased with the their promptness and quality of work.

They were reasonable and their quality was good. I don't remember why I used them but I think it was for some repair. They came here promptly and there wasn't anything major that needed to be corrected.

He came the next day. They were excellent, prompt and professional.
