I was contacted by Monty who told me he would go out to estimate the job for my property on a specific date. That date came and went with no contact. Once I realized that he did not show up I gave him the benefit of doubt and reached out to him again. This time I received a phone call from him telling me he acknowledged my call but would have to get back to me in the morning. I have not heard back from him in weeks and have gone on the work with another company who did a wonderful professional job.

Mr. Tibbits (knowing my concern about the timeline) assured me they could get awnings up for me within two weeks. During the process he was kind enough to email me a picture of the job as it was starting. The awnings look great and add to the curb appeal of the house.
