real estate appraisal
+ -1 moream now trying to get a refund or part of fee which I had to put on a credit card as they do not want a check
Description of Work: under appraised my house by 150,000. contacted another appraiser who came within value of my home. was forced to use this service since my mtg broker had no alternative but to use them.they even refused to speak with me regarding this. I felt they sent an appraiser who was not familiar with my neighborhood as he pulled comps that didn't compare to my home. due to this unprofessionalism I could not refinance house.
