The first visit was fine, although we never managed to get an exact date when the crew was going to show up. On the second visit--grinding up the stumps of some lilacs--T&T's crew was hopelessly inept. It seemed like a simple job but the crew didn't seem to know how to operate the stump grinder properly. My husband and I both attempted to explain what we needed but to no avail. The crew then left abruptly without completing the work. Awful.

I was thrilled that it was gone! He ground the stump and cleaned up very well. Both of the guys were unbelievable! They did a great job and really well versed.
