Fred and his team installed our Kohler generator. He and his team were friendly, polite and on time. I was especially impressed with the speed in which Fred would return my emails and phone calls as were were going through the bid process. I highly recommend Fred Nanni Electric as a reputable electrician.

Great. He promptly worked to come to the house to walk through our needs. Gave us a thorough overview of our options, how the system worked. He works with the Kohler system and explained his experience with it and why he felt it was the best option for us. His team came and did the work when promised. They were prompt, cleaned up after themselves and did a nice job explaining the system. We had an issue after install with the battery, he responded within the hour, came out and immediately addressed the issue. No problems since then and we have hired him for our annual maintenance on the system. This is our 3rd time working with him and his crew and no complaints.

Good outfit, and would use again. However, they had problems scheduling the job. Too many jobs, I think. Perhaps it was just a busy time for them, but it took some timer to get them back.

Fred actually traded switching boxes with me to get the right functionality out of the system, and so it would pass inspection.

Fred was punctual, very pleasant, professional. We are very satisfied with his service and expect to use him again for some extensive work we expect needs doing before summer.

Mr. Nanni called on Saturday, He said he would send someone over the early part of the week. One of his associates was here Monday AM to evaluate and check the lighting. We will probably need to replace some of the lights in the spring, but at least we now know what the problem is. It was a small job, but he responded promptly

In the process he accidently drilled a hole in my foyer's wall. After noticing this, the technician that came said that he would fix it as soon as I was able to pick up the right paint sample from a hardware store. As soon as I indicated that I had picked it up, he promptly scheduled a convenient time for me, however after working on it for at least an hour to two hours, it still doesn't look perfect. The color is still not exactly blended in, he said it was because he was using a brush on the surface that was originally done with a roller. Whatever the reason, he made a concerted effort to fix a problem, that shouldn't have occurred in the first place. However overall, the work was done quickly and otherwise professionally, the estimate was accurate to what he said it would be.

I started working on the project right after Hurricane Sandy. Took longer than I anticipated.

He did a good job. His worker did leave some wiring wrongly wired, but he came back to fix it. So it ended up not being a problem.

Other than the minor issue that the electricians showed up 20 minutes late for a 6-hour job, everything was perfect. The electricians did a very neat job. When they were done, everything was tidy and in working order. They reviewed the new electrical panel with my wife. They also noticed that the air conditioner was wired with inadequate wiring, notified us, and replaced it for a reasonable extra charge.

The technician showed an organised and thoughtful approach to the problem. Once reaching a solution by deductive reasoning, he proceeded to test every suspect component until he identified the malfunctioning one, and repaired it.
