Chuck's quick response to my need for an estimate and a fair appraisal was excellent. Within two days he was on the job! By the end of the working day, the steps were repaired and looking good. He was prompt, informative and did as he said he would. Chuck is indeed Doctor Mason!

Looking for mason repair work for over one month, this was the first call I made and actually hung up because I did not see the word repair in his ad. I then went on and placed three other calls. By the time I was done, The Mason Doctor called me back. I was totally surprised as I had hung up. He said he noticed I called and did I needed his help. I asked him to come and give me an estimate the following day which he did. P.S. NONE of the other three businesses called me back!!!
