furniture repair
+ -1 moreHe never came to do the work and never followed-up to make an appointment. I left more messages which he never returned the call. It makes no sense for someone to waste our time like this and string us along and never perform the work. At this point, he simply isn't worth the hassle. This is totally unprofessional and he made no apology about not coming out, merely explained once what he was working on that week and what he had coming up and he would schedule us for that week. He never came and didn't return phone calls. Avoid this company, they are a total waste of time.
Description of Work: Arranged to have this company come to our house to do a repair on furniture and he never showed up. It took forever making repeated phone calls which he never returned. I finally got him on the phone after weeks of leaving messages and he came out. I thought he was coming out to do the repair and instead looked it over and gave me an estimate. The estimate sounded OK, but I was expecting him to do the work since it was simple, but he said he needed to schedule the work and would come back. But he has the time to talk about furniture, not do the work, very odd. He never came back, even after repeated phone calls going on for a couple of months.
