 + -1 morethey charged us for an extra ton when what really happened was extreme rain. with caused the over weight condition. They were very unhelpful and suggested that we should put a tarp over it to help eliminate the rain.

Description of Work: Extremely Reliable. Dumpster received next day. All contacts on the phone were willing to work with us on the pick-up arrangements. Found everyone including the truck drivers to be professional and informative on the use of the dumpster as well as what could be disposed in the dumpster. Price was comparable with others. Key was the excellent service that made a difference for us. Just ordered our second dumpster rental. Would highly recommend this company.. Have no negative comments.

 + -1 moreMontella delivered the empty Dumpster in my driveway on the date I requested and picked it up when I was finished with it.When the driver arrived with the dumpster he asked if I had some material to put under the "feet" of the dumpster to protect my driveway surface which I was concerned about. So I gave him a few pieces of scrap 2x4 and 2x6 lumber to use for that purpose and they did the job. I was charged an additional $25 for including a desktop computer (CPU only) but that was my error for not getting clarification of the list of excluded materials. So if you're not sure of what is acceptable after reading the list, call their office (the driver may not be sure either).
Description of Work: I needed to remove a lot of non-recyclable materials that had accumulated in my garage for years. The Montella website provided all of the information I wanted regarding the size of dumpsters available, the charge for each size, and what material were OK and not OK to include in the dumpster.

 + -1 moreGood web site and best price among three quotes. Pricing was based on one waste material only (concrete) in the dumpster; adding materials would add cost. Scheduling was an issue. The initial drop off delayed by one day and they could not provide time windows for dropoff and pickup. Recommendation is to leave yourself some slack in the dropoff/pickup schedule since you can expect some delays.
Description of Work: Provided roll-off dumpster for concrete removal.
