"Thank you for the work, I quoted you $175, you added 2 new switches for 2 existing lights, we did the additional work and ran to the supply house to get parts for your fixture which were wrong, and as we were working there, I told you and my guys my father just passed away as we were working in your house, so sorry you did not get your value. Extra work required extra time and extra material, we raised the price an additional $75.00 for an extra hour, including the material, and once again, my father passed away right then, but you did not get your value.
