The job went well. Company was a recommendation of my builder and I was pleased overall.

For the first task of repairing the line we discussed in detail how they would fix this issue as it would require cutting the concrete around the pool. They assured me the patch would be professional. They did warn me the color would not match as the patch was new and the old concrete was faded. I understand this and agreed to that as there is no way around it. That being said they didn't match the existing concrete which was poured and a more coarse blend so he new concrete which was simply quikrete in bags would never match both in color and texture. Also they left trowl marks in the patch and it had raised and low spots. Very poor workmanship. I asked them several times to at least level the patch. They attempted it once. I will need to level it and add a more coarse blend to at least help it match.The color will fade over time (I hope). The plumbing was done well and they used PVC piping as expected. the yonly buried it 6" under the ground though, not a huge deal since the pool is drained in winter. I will live with that. The second job was the liner which they performed satisfactorily. The biggest gripe I have here is they lied to me during te sell. They stated that after the liner was installed they would "open" the pool. They never came back to "open" the pool after it was filled. I had to open the pool myself and call them to come back and at least install the hardware. Not what I expected for $4k.
Overall they were more expensive than others and did not deliver on price. I will not use them again.
