I've used A Better Plumber a few times over the last couple of years. In the past they were great to work with, friendly, helpful, fast.
BUT...The last two times I have made an appointment, I waited around the house all day and they never showed up. No call to tell me they weren't coming, nothing. And no decent excuse when I finally got in touch with them.
