It was a catastrophe! -The system was installed in late September of 2015. The internet has continuously malfunctioned. We have met almost every repairman. -They refused to give us any estimate until they saw the house. They showed up, installed & left. -They NEVER sent me a bill until over 4 months after installation. No e-bill or hard copy bill. Every month until January 2016 they would text me that I was in default for not paying my bill. I would call, pay over the phone and at first request, but later on demand that they send a bill. - In January they sent the January bill but no other. Without any account number I was unable to access anything through their website. - In February 2016 they finally sent a set of bills by mail. They refused to e-mail to me. When the bills arrived, for the first time I understood that they were charging $1300 to install an alarm system. They had charged about half of it on the first bill and set it up so that the other half was split up over 6 months. - The bills were incomprehensible and several of their customer service representatives agreed that they were incomprehensible. They are incomprehensible because they list installation of packages without identifying the contents of the packages and one package is for a video system and we have no video system from them. - I requested that they give me an itemization of what they were charging me for in terms of each piece installed and the labor for each. I repeatedly asked for a comprehensible list. They repeatedly told me that would violate their company policy. - I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and the long and short of our numerous exchanges was that they still refused to explain what they were charging for and it appears that the Better Businss Bureau just listens and does nothing. MY SUGGESTION IS TO USE ANYONE OTHER THAN COMCAST FOR INTERNET & DEFINITELY NOT FOR ANY ALARM SERVICE.
