For a Saturday, it was not that busy and the wait was a couple of hours. I booked the service appointment online.  My car felt like new again.  Price for the repairs was reasonable and fair.

They were really excellent, they not there to cut you and they explain everything to you.

I made an appointment online for an oil change- they took me on time, and I was in and out within one hour.

I had a good experience there. They do not pressure you. The salesman who showed us the cars was well-mannered and pleasant. The customer service was good. I was happy with the billing department. I would recommend them to others. If I buy another car, it will be through them.

After shopping the weekend for this particular car, we went to them very late on a saturday evening after a bad experience with another dealer. We were ready to purchase. We applied a bit of pressure, and ultimately we got what we wanted. The price was great, the salesmen were respectable, the financing area was also fine to deal with...overall it was a very good experience. I can say after dealing with several Toyota dealerships this is the best dealer I've dealt with thus far in terms of profressionalism.

He has always been very good. It is close to the house and it is very large dealership. I never had any problems with them.

They told us on the phone that they had a car for us. We showed up the next morning with a check for the van. They would not give us our material or car for four hours. It was awful. The room we were in was not air conditioned. They were not friendly. I would not go back to them.

I had done thorough research and shopped around. I communicated that to them and was treated well. I was pleased with the service.
