Absolutely worst service ever. Same as above an unmarked mini van and vrnts were not vacuumed but instead bliwn out with a back ststem that looked like a hsir dryer. I will continue to post negative reviews of this company fir years to come.

If I could give this company zero stars I would! This was the worst experience ever!! I found Superior thru a magazine mailer. Shame on me, I should have known better. The woman doing the scheduling was unprofessional. I still went ahead and scheduled a dryer vent cleaning with the $49 coupon. The man who showed up at my house was driving a nondescript Honda mini van with no business markings. He claimed to be the business owner but had no name or insignia on his disheveled clothing. He immediately went down to my basement, looked at my dryer and came back to tell me I had a hole in the dryer pipe from humidity. Huh?? That didn't sound right but he showed me a hole that I fully believe he created when I wasn't looking. Then he quotes me 2 prices for a pipe replacement $400 or $995 depending on the pipe. I should have thrown him out of my house at that point but I now had an obvious hole that needed to be fixed. So I went with the cheaper option. On the way to his minivan to get supplies he turns around to ask me if I have heavy duty scissors that he can use. What? I told him no, he says it's ok. He then comes back with a cheap $25 pipe and proceeds to act as though he knows what he's doing. The pipe has been replaced, the scammer is out of my house and I'm in the hole for a lot of money but I have learned a valuable lesson. Go with your gut and stay away from a company if you get a bad vibe from the beginning. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience. While the work was completed and from what we can tell done correctly the lack of professionalism and the all out scam that was attempted is something that would lead me to suggest never using this service again. We chose to call this company due to a promotion for $139 air duct cleaning. The individual who came began pleasant and did his work with efficient speed. To repeat, No complaints on the work itself. However, at the works completion he rushingly explained and added amounts, subtracted amounts and settled on a "rounded" figure of $400 adding in things that were expected to be included and as we agreed to an upcharge for a Fan cleaning was also included. This $400 price sounded wrong and immediately after the man's departure we discovered the $100 error in the math. We immediately called the company to contact the service man who had left the house not 5 mins prior. The man did not return for 20-25 mins and then did some additional "calculations" to show that instead of charging $300 as the $100 error would suggest he in fact miscalculated to the tune of $345. He then handed us $55 cash saying the current check was fine. We later found out that during the 20-25 mins he was away he had immediately gone to the bank to cash the check with the wrong amount. He also insisted on issuing a new receipt and taking the old one with his clear miscalculation. He scammed at least $45 out of the deal where the vent cleaning of $139 and "fan cleaning". We also later discovered that he was an independent contractor hence why he requested the check to be made out to himself and not the company's name. Unsure how true this is, but I sincerely hope no one ever uses this service again without requiring the company to provide a clear expectation of cost (discounts, "tax", etc. included!). My one regret is we forgot to take a picture of the miscalculation for all to see.
