Went well.  With several days of warmer than normal weather, was able to get house painted quickly in November rather than waiting for Spring.  Team was very professional, did a meticulous job and left property clean. PZ Painting Owner stopped by through out week while work being conducted.

The job was sub-contracted out to a bunch of guys who appeared to be from the same family. The job quality was not uniform- some places the quality was good and mediocre at other places. Overall, the job reflected the price. I don't think he differentiated himself from any other run-of-the-mill operator.

During our walk-through (on the day of completion) you demonstrated how happy you were with the job and how thankful you were that we could arrange so many discounts for you, even after you refused to sign a contract with us. I would like to know why the not-so-sudden change of heart? My business is my life, and I cannot afford to leave anyone unsatisfied with the service we provide. After speaking with you over the phone, you've declined our offer to come re-do the job FREE of charge and refused to tell me what you are unsatisfied with. Mr B. was given an EXCELLENT job, considering the condition of his walls, and his constant nagging over the price. In the future we will try to abstain from granting Thousands of dollars in discounts to people who aren't willing to sign a contract. -Heiner"

Heiner and his crew came out to see the project and gave us an estimate within a day. The price was good and we decided to have them skim coat our bathroom walls and ceiling which looked uneven and had cracks in the plaster. 
When the crew arrived, they were very professional and made sure to cover rugs, furniture and doorways before they started work. We were impressed by how great the bathroom turned out so we asked them to also do the ceilings of three additional rooms and a walk in closet. Everything turned out great, but after the crew had gone I noticed a bubble in the paint or plaster on the ceiling of the walk in closet. I called Heiner who came back to my home within an hour of my call and had a man there that same evening to fix it. The finished walls and ceilings look fantastic, we couldn't be happier with the work they did.
