Very well. Norman is an experienced pro who ordered the correct part and installed it when it arrived.

I was very pleased with Norman's service of my refrigerator. He hit all of the marks : He returned my phone call in a short period of time, arrived in the agreed-upon time frame, accurately assessed the problem, and charged me a reasonable amount. All of those things would have been enough to earn a top rating from me, but on top of that he is personable and helpful (even assisting me with the unloading of my food-filled fridge.) I would definitely use Norman again if I were to have an appliance problem and recommend him without reservation.

I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but there’s no choice here as nobody showed up for the scheduled appointment! No heads up, no reason. Just wasted my time.

Norman came over the same day I called him, and he diagnosed and fixed my dishwasher's problem immediately. He was very friendly---it was like my grandfather came over to help me! I highly recommend him.

Norman is fabulous. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the special part, returned for the repair and the dryer now works as new. He is the experienced professional I was looking for.

Great. Norman said the part {actually required replacing the entire inner front panel] was no longer made. But he came up with a way that we could still use the machine without the part. Helped us get some more use out of the machine for little cost. He was prompt and pleasant to work with.

Norman has generally returned a usually frantic call from us either that evening depending on what was malfunctioning or the next day at the latest and has tried to make it over as soon as he could make it - usually later in the day or the next. At one point, he came by on the Saturday after Thanksgiving to give life back to one of our senior appliances after it stopped functioning. His behavior while here has always been impeccable and polite and he's always been able to fix whatever went wrong either on the same visit or right after the part came in. His prices have varied with the job but have always struck us as very reasonable. We highly recommend him.

My tenant actually thought he was really rude. I do not think services were really performed because he was really rude and so he left. I just had some kind of like rude conversation and he ended up leaving. When he came for me probably two years before that, I thought he was okay, but when he came for my tenant, he was not. I think he was only cash or check, but his prices are reasonable. He does not have the convenience of credit cards as an option. He just showed up without calling and my tenant was not home. That was what the problem was.

NORMAN WAS TOP NOTCH IN ALL DEPARTMENTS..HE NOT ONLY PUT OUR 1976 VINTAGE DRYER BACK IN WORKING ORDER ..BUT HE DID IT IN A SPEEDY AND TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL AND CONFIDENT MANNER....I CAN ONLY SAY THIS ..IT WAS OUR LUCK TO HAVE FOUND HIS REPAIR SERVICE AND WILL RECOMMEND HIM GLADLY!!!!

Initially we called Norman to come fix our dishwasher, after the manufacturer had the part on back order for OVER one month, I decided to buy a new one.  I called Norman to come and install and he came the next day.  He took great care of my house and cleaned up everything.  I was also with my 3 grandchildren, 5,4 and  17 mos. all of whom are Special needs and it didn't bother him one bit.  They were very curious as to what he was doing and he spoke to them and was so nice to them all expecially the middle boy.  His only drawback is that he is not telephone friendly.  Do not let that put you off, he is very personable and knows his stuff.  His prices, in my estimation, are very reasonable as the installation of this model was not an easy one.  I would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone needing appliance repairs or installations.

We told him just to give us our money back, but he has not been responsive. 

• He responded to voice mail almost immediately; showed up the same day as promised.  Gave an assessment of the problem and left.  He seemed knowledgeable and if I was going to have the unit fixed, I would have engaged his services.  Nice guy!

Overall, it went very nicely. Norman was responsive, friendly, and performed good work. He returned our phone call promptly and was able to diagnose and repair the problem in one visit. As with most consumers, I would imagine, of course I wished it would have cost me less, but being honest, I really don't know the fair market value of replacing the igniter in a range. I do know that he had to dismantle and reassemble a good portion of our range to do it, and I am certain that I am not in a position to do what he did. While I'm not averse to the average DIY project, this clearly seemed like one for the professionals. Norman was very personable, professional, and prompt.

What he charged me was a little high because he was only here for about an hour, but that was what was most important to us. He looked at it and had to check to see if parts were available and came back and told me that they weren't, so the oven was not fixed. He also didn't charge me when he came back the second time.
