Wayne is the best mechanic. He is an honest, hardworking family man who is an expert in car maintenance / repair and really cares about his customers. He puts in long hours and works weekends to make sure you have your vehicle. His prices are reasonable and he is always there for you when you need him. We've been going to him for many years and he never fails to deliver for us. Just a great guy and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!
For this repair, I came home from work @6:45 PM and noticed a good deal of coolant on the garage floor where my wife parks her car (she was out). Figuring Wayne was probably still working, I called him and explained the situation. Knowing my wife needed her car the next day for work and not wanting her to overheat in downtown Newark rush hour traffic, I brought the car to him so he could troubleshoot. He looked at my car right away and determined it was a leaky t hose connector. Wayne fit my car repair into his busy schedule and we had it back the next day. Thanks again Wayne!

I have taken my car to them twice. They were very responsive and they answered all my questions when I went in for first time. I just felt really comfortable with them, which is important with the mechanic. For the first time, they just checked the engine and then charged me for it and it left me with a favorable impression. For the second time, in addition to the oil change, I wanted to know what was going on with my car and I do not know if they were just really busy or if there is a miscommunication between me and whoever actually ended looking at my car. They were not as thorough that I wished they would have been. When I left, my car was still making the squealing noise. When I picked up my car at the end of the day, the person who gave me my keys was not the person who had actually worked on the car. I will go back and give them a second chance as I had a very good experience at the first time.
