"Jasco Tile does have a wide range of quality tile and we believe that our prices are competitive with other showrooms that offer such a large selection of high quality tile choices. We also have extremely knowledgable sales associates to help our customers chose the right products for their projects. We do not sell the cheap and inferior products like those that are found at the "big-box" stores. Our installers are craftsmen and experts in their field. They are meticulous and pay attention to details. They take their time to make sure everything is done correctly and they do not rush through the projects. If a customer wants a rush job, then perhaps we are not the right installer for that customer. We would like to apologize to this customer for any complaints, but we feel that some exagerations have been included in this member's report. Also, as soon as the problem of grout separation (which is a common problem when grout dries and shrinks) was brought to Jasco's attention, we immediately made arrangements for the installer to return to the customer's home, at the customer's convenience, to correct any and all problems at no charge. Unfortunately, on this job, the customer's general contractor did all the preparation work for the tile installation. We always prefer to do the prep work ourselves as GC's frequently don't know the correct way to prepare walls and floors for tile installations. When we arrived to install the tile we discovered that several things were done below our standards and in order to guarantee our work we would need to correct those deficiencies. This prep work, that we were not contracted to do took 1 1/2 days to complete. In summary, we would like to say that before this 1 report was posted we had only excellent comments posted and we beleive that customer satisfaction is MOST important. We are very sorry that this member was unhappy with some of the circumstances surrounding this installation, but we are commited to doing excellent work and making our customers happy.
