With regard to price, I only had to pay my deductible, which was $1000. The overall repairs of the car were $13000. It was all paid by insurance. I liked their punctuality and professionalism. Excellent service. The repair was handled very well. The owner of the business is very well involved in each individual case. He is very involved in overseeing and making sure that everything is carried out to a T. With regard to price, it's hard for me to say because I don’t know what any other place would have charged. My deductible would have been $1000 regardless.

They were excellent. My car looks better than new! I am very pleased with the work that they did. They also cleaned my car from the inside out. You would never know my car was in an accident.

I went to 4 different body shops to get quotes to fix a scratch on my bumper. When I went into Dobbs the man in the office continued to complain about his lunch order for a couple of minutes before he even asked if I needed help. Dobbs quoted me double the second highest quote and said I needed my entire bumper repainted. All 3 other shops said it would be easy to paint half the bumper and blend the paint. I can't speak to their work, but if you are getting work done you are paying for out of pocket go elsewhere. They quote more work than necessary (probably to get $$ from insurance companies).

Excellent experience - service coordinator was very responsive, explained work, time frames and followed up as agreed. Additionally, several weeks after work was done, I noticed a small item went back and they took me right in and corrected it.
Very positive experience, quality of work and service is excellent.
