The van arrived on time. I confirmed the details with the driver and we loaded up and went to a destination. Upon returning, I let out some of the kids on the way home. No detour was taken. I was charged extra for this drop offs Although no other routing was taken. Driver never informed me of the charges.

Driver showed up 30 minutes late. Car seat could not be used rear facing and seat itself did not work as the latches were broken. This car service is extremely expensive. Probably the most expensive out there. If service was great that could be excused. However in this situation the driver were incredibly rude to us, threatened to charge us anyway even though the driver showed up 30 mins late without a working car seat and did not even attempt to remedy the situation, they instead left us stranded at the airport.

The car arrived fifteen minutes prior to scheduled pickup time at four thirty A.M.. SUV was clean, comfortable, and able to accommodate four people and luggage. The drive loaded the luggage. We arrived at Newark on schedule. The driver took an imprint of our credit card did not look for a tip which was already included in the price. The return trip was a fiasco with United Airlines leaving LAX changing our gate time seven times. We called Adams car service and they said they were tracking our flight. This gave us a very comfortable feeling. We finally departed and arrived at ten PM. in Newark. We gathered our luggage from the carousel and called Adams. Within ten minutes the driver was picking us up. Using Adams Car Service was a wonderful experience and we would definitely us the service again.

We have used Adams Limo on several occasions for car service from suburban Essex County, NJ, to JFK Airport (NY) and back, and will continue to use them in the future. They are reliable in every way. Their drivers are always on time or early, and are pleasant to deal with. Their cars are clean, comfortable and well maintained. Drivers keep an eye on traffic conditions via GPS and suggest alternate and faster routes. Communication with them (including at the airport) is easy. The process of paying them and tipping drivers is easy. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and for this part of NJ we have found them to be the best.

Went very well. The service is very punctual and arrived approximately 10-15 minutes prior to my pick-up at home, which is what I like when heading to my flight.
However, they were and quot;tooand quot; punctual and conscientious for the pick-up at the airport when I returned home the following week - and it really irritated me. Here's why. When my international flight landed, the line for getting through Customs was the longest I had ever experienced, and in fact had to switch twice after being assigned to a counter where the official left (once at the end of his shift and the other to go and deal with an issue involving someone. It took me almost 45 minutes to get through it.
I was told to call Adams as soon as I cleared Customs and got my luggage.
While in line at Customs, I got the first call from dispatch and told them I was in a very long Customs line, no where near the front. Then, a few minutes later, while still in the line, I got a call from the waiting driver and I told him I was still in the line and that dispatch had already called me. About 15 minutes later, while still in line, the driver called again. When I was waiting at the luggage carousel for my luggage, the driver called again and I told him I'm waiting to get my luggage. Finally, while walking to the driver outside, he called again just as I walked up to him. Sheeesh!
It was very irritating to receive so many phone calls - one, maybe two, but not the flood that occurred. This was overkill, although I prefer that to the inconvenience having no one show up. Still, they got me home quickly and efficiently.

Everything went very smoothly. I made reservations via Internet and they called to confirm as well as sent an email to confirm, again. The drivers knew where they were going, we're punctual and courteous . I'd definitely would use the company again.

I was first picked up at home and driven to Newark Airport. Driver was on time, car was clean and there was even a bottle of water. However, the a/c was not functioning properly and I arrived feeling rather warm.
The return trip was flawless, with the driver calling me on my cell as I landed and we agreed where to meet.
Altogether a very good experience.

My husband travels quite a bit. We decided to use a local car service rather than the one we had been using for years out of NYC. After having tried two other local services, both of whom were disasters, no shows, no calls about being late, one didn't call my husband until he was already seated on the plane, we called Adam's and have not had a problem since we started using their service.
