Tremendously well.  Andrew and Mike started early and worked late. They took every precaution to seal up the wide open area as best as possible.  The rim joist was quite a challenge given that the exterior was brick façade and cement landing for the front steps.  Thoroughly pleased.  One suggestion, Andrew provides many details and tips, pay attention, he knows what he's talking about.

Quality was excellent.
Workers performed the task in a timely manner and cleaned up all excess materials.
I would absolutely use their services again.

Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He is always reliable and has excellent help. We believe he is top of the line. Anytime we have issues, he is the first we call. With any projects, he does a superb job.

Overall - really great! This was our first remodel experience and I can honestly say we've had no complaints! We've heard all the nightmare remodeling stories and feel lucky to have found Andrew as our builder. He's really friendly and easy to work with. You can see he really loves what he does. We made some changes, such as our flooring, adding and changing windows, and he was willing to work with us. He always answered our calls! There were things that we didn't anticipate, or unfortunately were not addressed by our architect, that had to be corrected simply because we were adding new construction to our very old house. Adjustments had to be made to some walls and a ceiling because of plumbing. His recommendations were great and everything kept in character with our house. From the get-go he noticed a major structural oversight by our architect, and he corrected it. I'm a stickler for detail and his fine carpentry is really perfect. There are no gaps in the molding, kitchen cabinets match and fit perfectly. We have beautiful 70 year old chestnut doors that we wanted to use and he adjusted them to fit perfectly. From our overall experience, and advice from others, even kitchen remodelers, our best advice truly, truly, truly would be to speak FIRST to a builder, not an architect, about your project.
