FIRST PHASE WAS DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL OF ALL THE KITCHEN WALLS , CABINETS ETC...... THEY FIRST PROVIDED ME WITH A LEAD SAFE TEST TO SEE IF WE HAD EXISTING LEAD PAINT IN THE HOUSE (NEG FOR LEAD) BEFORE THEY BEGAN ANY WORK. THE STAFF WAS VERY KNOLEDGABLE ON LEAD SAFETY AS THEY ARE A TRAINED LEAD SAFE CERTIFIED BY NJ EPA FIRM. THEY COVERED ALL WORK AREAS WITH PLASTIC SHEETING AND KEPT THE PLACE REALLY CLEAN DURING THE PROJECT.AFTER DEMO WAS COMPLETE, THE PLUMBER ARIVED AND INSTALLED THE NEW ROUGH PLUMBING . THE EALECTRICIAN THEN CAME AND INSTALLED THE ELECTRICAL WIRES , GFI OUTLETS & RECESSED LIGHTS.TOWN INSPECTIONS FOLLOWED AND WERE APPROVED FOR BOTH. INSULLATION INSTALLATION FOLLOWED AND WAS INSPECTED
THE NEXT DAY ANDWAS APPROVED.SHEET ROCK INSTALLATION AND SPACKLE WORK ANDWAS COMPLETE IN ONE DAY.
CABINETS WERE INSTALLED ACCORDING TO THE PLAN ALONG WITH THE CERAMIC TILE FLOORING. THEN THE GRANITE COUNTER TOPS WERE TEMPLATED FOR FABRICATION AND WAS INSTALLED IN ONE WEEK!( AWSOME!!!!!!!!! ; ) THE BACK SPALSH WAS THEN INSTALLED IN ONE DAY ASWELL. THE KITCHEN WAS THEN PAINTED, APPLIANCES WERE INSTALLED AND HOOKED UP. AND WE HAVE A BEAUTIFULL KITCHEN DONE!!!!! WE THEN INSTALLED ALL NEW PRE-FINISHED HARDWOOD FLOORING AND TRIM WORK IN THE DINING RM / LIVING RM AREAS. AGAIN GREAT JOB THESE GUYS DID...............AT THIS POINT EVERYTHING LOOKED SO GREAT I HAD THEM RENOVATE MY BATH RM WITH IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS. THIS COMPANY IS ONE I HIGHLY RECOMEND TO FELLOW FRIENDS AND ANGIES MEMBERS!!!! FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!
