Your Window Cleaner, LLC

Workers sent were young and clearly inexperienced. A number of windows were dirty or streaked when they initially finished and they had to reclean those windows. They damaged several screens and did not replace any of the screens properly. They also damaged one casement window crank  and broke one double hung window counterbalance. The crew "leader" said that owner would call us to schedule a repair. The owner has not called as promised. They were expensive and incompetent. We will not hire again and do not recommend them to anyone.                                                                                  

It was fine but cost more than I expected.

Work quality was deserving of an A rating, however, the lower ratings were due to: 1) I was NOT informed that a fuel charge would be added until after the work was completed, and 2) I was NOT given the 10% senior discount that is listed on Angie's List website, as I discovered afterwards.  Both should have been disclosed at the time the estimate was submitted, prior to my agreeing to award this company the job.

Bob came Saturday morning around 9:15.  We discussed the job and worked out all of the particulars and the estimated cost, as I had a few extras  (eg the doors).  Upon agreeing, he set right to work, and completely cleaned everything beautifully.  It was a very sunny day, so you would've been able to see easily if anything was missed.  He finished promptly at 11:30. and left no mess.
He was very professional and also very pleasant.

They did a great job. Totally worth it. They were done in a 1 1/2 hrs. Would use again.

The company owner responded rapidly to my initial inquiry and explained his services clearly.  We agreed on an approximate price and date and time for a crew to come to our house to clean our windows.  Exactly on time, a crew of three, included the son of the business owner, showed up.  Our windows hadn't been cleaned for a long time - they did a very good job.  Everything was sparkling clean, and they went out of their way to be polite and helpful.  They even did a bit of extra cleaning around one of our big windows without me asking for it.  They finished on time, and the final cost was within $10 of the initial estimate.  Overall a very positive experience.  I plan to use "Your Window Cleaner" again.   
(Note:  I did not rate the "price" because I did not do any comparisons.  I thought that the quoted cost was reasonable)

They did a great job. They were here on time and did exactly what they promised.

They washed my main windows as well they took out and washed my storm windows. They failed when they did not completely put back all my windows or the ones they did they did so incorrectly.

Exceeded expectations. They were professional and did an excellent job. With that type of service, I'll be using them on a routine basis.

It went well.  They did such a great job, it's as if I don't have windows at all.  The gentlemen who performed the cleaning were very nice and did a thorough job.
