fabulous service. highly recommend. sergey arrived early and was knowledgeable and glad to educate me. he did not upsell me and told me all options including cheaper options. he worked fast and explained things. i would never use anyone else for a hot tub issue.

Sergey was great. When I called him he tried to see if he could resolve with me on the phone, but the tub did need repair. He showed up with parts to fix the Jacuzzi tub at the time he promised and explained what needed to be done. Troubleshooting completely before replacing parts to ensure what was wrong. Price was fair. He was great and highly recommend.

Excellent! Soon after our online request, we received a call from Sergei and before even coming out (and applying a service charge), he helped us diagnose the problem. When we couldn't fix it ourselves, he made the visit and resolved the issue in no time. I highly recommend Spa Total Upgrade and the quality of service from Sergei Bautin.
