I had smoke coming from the engine, smelled like the belt was melting. They found that the balancing pulley was bad and the serpentine belt was worn out. After they changed them, found out the alternator was the thing that was smoking. They changed the alternator too. We needed the car for a trip on that Friday, they finished on Thursday. This was about the fifth time we took one of our cars to Mike's. Very satisfied with them.

They are just very nice and they knew I did not have transportation so they had me drop the car and they brought me back home. Then, they dropped my car off when it was done. My interaction with them was wonderful. Mike is amazing. The work they did was excellent.

Easy and smooth. Called ahead to make an appointment and dropped off my car the night before. Mike called with an estimate and I had the work done. My car was ready after 2pm. Easy and honest to deal with.

I had a flat tire which I tried to replace it myself but was unsuccessful as the lug nuts were corroded. I had to have the car towed to Mike's. Dave is very nice guy. He fixed the flat and replaced all the lug nuts.
