We called Don after noticing the fan smelling a "burning" smell coming from the vents.  After he investigated, he had discovered the problem had come from the furnace's board, and replaced it.  On top of this, he noticed the capacitor was not at 100%, and threw in a replacement as a part of the service.  Thanks, Don!  Don had called us the next day to ask if everything was working OK and that we were happy with everything (we were!).  Very nice that he had thought of us for a follow-up call.
On top of that, Don had surprisingly called afterward to let us know he'd owe us some money back, because he overcharged us by charging tax, when tax was not supposed to be charged when repairing a heater.  Right there is exactly what I call honesty!!  I was happy with the work, that I certainly didn't mind the extra charge though!

I picked up some Roxul fireproof installation and fireplace caulk from Home Depot for Don to put above the flue/damper of the ventless gas fireplace. (The fireplace previously had a chimney as it once was a woodburning fireplace, but the previous homeowner had it removed and a ceiling/roof placed above).  This successfully got rid of the draft coming from above.  Thanks, Don!

Don and his company are very professional, they do excellent work, and he addressed all of my HVAC problems. I do not wish to disclose what the cost was.

Don is a responsible, competent technician. He answers the call and is the best at responding to emergencies.

While Don is very busy, he was very up front with us about his schedule and kept us posted on when he would be out.  He always showed at the time he said and was never late.  He was extremely thorough and I really appreciated the time he took to explain everything to me.  He really makes sure that you understand what is happening and what the options are.  Don went above and beyond in his work.  He didn't just put in the air purifier, he changed all the duct work coming into it so that it would work optimally.  He was very clean and I really appreciated having someone that I could rely on for a change.

Come out looked at the job told me he would call me with a price I had to keep calling him for the price. Once he gave me the price I told him to let me know when he can do the job I was told he pulled his back out and he will call me in a few weeks when his back was better. After waiting for 5 weeks I called and left a message wanting to know when they will be out. Two days later I got message saying he can't do the job because he was to busy. If he was too busy or didn't want to do the job he should of told me when he gave me the quote that I thought was high but didn't care just needed the job done.

We were thrilled that we used Don to review the AC and heating systems in our house. Don is very thorough and fair. He explored every nook and cranny of our units, explained different zones, showed us different options of what needed to be done and what could wait. He took an approach as if it were his house, which we greatly appreciated. He is extremely knowledgeable. In fact, he fixed an AC that was never installed properly and never cooled, just had a working fan. The wires were crossed and he took care of it. He also fixed a pressure relief valve on our boiler and did a full inspection of our heating system.
He is extremely knowledgeable and we are very happy that he helped us. We'll definitely use his company's services again.

Being very happy with the work that Don did in the fall (Review below--and quot;Two bathroom exhaust fans were vented through the roofand quot;), Don was certainly my go-to-guy to repair an attic fan and tune up the A/C.
Actually at first, I was thinking of replacing only the attic fan's motor. Don recommended replacing the whole unit since the cost would be about the same anyway...so why not! Given the messy attic wiring to the fan I had inherited from the previous homeowner, I was impressed with Don's neatening up of those wires as well. On top of this, he also offered to install a light in the attic. This was a nice bonus, considering he could tap into the same electric box that was already up there.
Not his fault, but while he was installing the attic fan, some shingles broke off. (I'm sure this wasn't his fault since those shingles were up there for a quite a while and most likely were stuck to the old fan being replaced) Anyway, Don offered to pick up and not charge for the shingles...he didn't need to, but it shows he is a good honest guy (even though I'm sure it wasn't his fault). It was very nice that he called the day after to make sure we were happy with everything (without a doubt, we were)!
Not only do I (highly) recommend Don, I can assure you he is a good guy who stands by his work. He's very personable, does a good, neat job, and I noticed he doesn't take shortcuts...he makes sure he does it right. We will certainly be calling him back for something we have planned at another location in the near future as well.

Best HVAC Experience Ever
I called Don on a Wednesday to install an AprilAire humidifier (which I purchased on Amazon). Don called back the same day and we agreed on the installation price and then scheduled the installation for the next Tuesday. Don arrived on time and worked diligently for three hours completingd the job perfectly. He even went back to the shop to pick up a part the manufacturer had left out of the shipment. He answered any questions I had as I watched some of the istallation. He consulted me several times when there was a choice to be made. Don provides a very professional service! He is super friendly and personable too. His pricing was right and I am very happy with the outcome. He even called a few days later to double-check that everything was working correctly. Don gets 5-stars!!

Definitely recommend. I had two bathroom exhaust fans vented through the roof. The goal was to do this in a way to efficiently expel condensation without causing ice damming. Don was very accommodating for the special requests and was very knowledgeable about the ways to achieve those two goals. Don was able to come without a big wait, the cost was reasonable and it was a pleasure while he was there since he was personable and professional.

Don is a true professional. He discussed the various options with us and the rebates provided by the State. The job went very smooth from start to finish. The new unit works great and just in time for one of the hottest summers! I definitely recommend Don. He went above and beyond to make sure everything worked properly.
