CLEAN SWEEP HOUSEKEEPING

They did a really good job. They charged $50 an hour. I spent $350 on them. Everything was clean. I have no source of comparison with regards to their price. I am planning to use them again in the future.

Just had house painted with walls repaired and the whole house was covered in dust. The house needed a good cleaning too. Maria and her associate showed up right on time and dusted, vacuumed, cleaned kitchen, bathrooms, vacuumed upholstery. They did a very thorough job and was here almost 8 man hours.

Maria was very detailed on what she would do and didn't miss a spot. Based on the quote she gave me, she all the rooms and kitchen without missing any corners or spots.

overall it was poor. She is a nice person, but she doesn't really know how to go through a house and clean it. She has got to change the way she is doing it beacuse its not good. I looked behind things and there is dust an inch thick in some places. She didn't do the whole house. I gave her a cleaner for the floor. It has an odor, I didn't smell it when she was done.

I have used Maria a few times and she is very responsive, punctual, and honest. However, the actual housecleaning left alot to be desired. The kitchen countertops have never been cleaned, most of the dirt on the floors (like in the corners) is missed by the vaccum, cobwebs are still there. I cleaned the bathtub the day before she came b/c of using bathoil the night before and I didn't want it to be too grubby for her. I used comet and it left some powdery marks on the tiles above the tub and in the tub which I just left, figuring that she would clean it the next day. It was not wiped clean so I don't know if she even cleaned the tub. I also don't like to have things wiped down (inside of microwave, floors, etc) with a really wet rag and not have it wiped dry. She leaves it wet to dry on it's own but it leaves streaks. I'm not a picky person at all but the cleaning itself was just really poor even to my eyes. My husband doesn't usually notice anything, but he has noticed the house is still dirty after she comes. Like I said, she is very nice, punctual, and honest so if that matters to you the most, Maria is the one for you. If you like your house cleaned, you should pick someone else.

Maria is very professional from providing an initial estimate to the excellent work she does on her biweekly visits. The house is immaculate when she leaves. She takes suggestions with a smile. I am very pleased with her work.

She cleans very well and is always on time. I can even leave her the key because she does such a good job and I trust her. She is confidential and the house always looks beautiful. It is excellent! I highly recommend her.

They did an excellent job. They were courteous, attentive and they made sure everything was complete. They were very good about follow-up and I was satisfied. I would highly recommend them.
