Job was done end of June 2018 and went well overall. Biles staff was responsive both on the phone and in person with a single exception of failing to show up for second appointment to repair faucet. They were professional, cleaned up and everything is working fine.

The service was excellent, they are not inexpensive but the are reliable and they know what they are doing. Excellent Company.

I would rate them highly. They came on time when they say the would. Very pleasant to work with, Very friendly.

He tried to make it release water more eficiently. fixed kitchen faucet. Tried to fix old faucet in washroom. Needs new faucet, he did not want to make it worse so he will lease it to be fixed at new owners request.

Stephanie came on time to give us the estimate. We went ahead with the work. The workers came on time to start the work. During the job they found a leak coming from our service outside to the breaker box. The box had to be replaced and new service wire had to be installed. That job was also done efficiently. Thanks

Horrible. The work was 2 months late to get started! They works at a snail pace. We paid for full time professional work and received part time amateur results. They don't return phone calls and give excuses as to they are too busy to get the job done. Never hire these people.

I called them, and they called me back within an hour. Once I decided to use them, they were flexible on scheduling. They came exactly when expected and did the job well. They were courteous. Overall, a no-hassle repair that I very much appreciated. Also provided an Angie's List discount of $25.

No issues - performed as expected. Had minor issue getting estimate - there was confusion on scheduling of the visit.

One of our hard wired smoke detectors was mounted on a ceiling 15+ feet up, beyond where I could safely reach it. We thought it was chirping indicating a exhausted auxiliary battery. Found Biles on A's list and called. The office staff (Sharon) responded quickly, understood what I was asking, asked me to email photos of the situations and came back several hours later with an estimate which we accepted.

Electrician and helper arrived the next day promptly at the scheduled time, and did the requested work including pointing out to us that it was one of the other detectors with the bad battery. He suggested a location for the detector different from the one I suggested and we accepted the suggestion. As a result the work was accomplished without any damage to the wall board. The finished job looks great and I can now change the battery as needed.

The servicemen were knowledgeable and quick.  A team of four of them came to remove the old furnace and AC unit and install my new gas furnace and central AC unit..  When they were done, I noticed  there was a gap in the base that the furnace sat on  and consequently hot air was blowing out into my utility room, which wasn't supposed to happen.  I brought it to their attention before they left. They promptly acknowledged it and  fixed it and then the furnace and AC ran perfectly after that.  Two days later, I had a related problem with my gas water heater not staying lit.  This may or may not have had something to do with the furnace, I'm not sure.  Nevertheless, a serviceman came out and cleared the line and then the water heater stayed lit and worked fine.  They did not charge me for that extra service call.   They had a competitive price and I am satisfied with their work.  They made sure that I was satisfied with their work before they left.  They also made a point to make a follow up  contact with me about two weeks later to ensure that I was completely satisfied.  I'm very pleased with my new furnace and AC and I would recommend Biles to anyone needing a new furnace or central AC or repair of the same. They really do care if you are satisfied with their work and they will do whatever it takes make that happen..
