He is the best plumber that I ever dealt with. He comes promptly and has a reasonable price. He really knows his business. I recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable plumber.

A valve connected to my main water line was very old and it broke in the morning, leaving me with no running water in my home. My husband called Bill and he said he could come out in a couple hours. He arrived within the timeframe that he stated. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very professional and pleasant. The reason I discovered the leak was because I was attempting to turn on the water to the outside to fill my pool in preparation for it being opened the following day. The outside faucet is attached to the main water line. Within minutes of Bill leaving my house after completing the inside replacement valve work, I turned on the outside water and went out to attach the hose. I discovered that the outside PVC pipe had also cracked. I immediately called Bill and he returned to my home right away to repair it. He did not have the part needed, so he will be coming back to do that repair, but I feel confident that he'll do an excellent job on that as well. I would recommend him to anyone. I feel that his pricing was fair and in line with other plumbers.

We have utilized the services of Archer Mechanical several times during the last few years and have always been more than satisfied with Bill Archer's service, professionalism, and reasonable cost .
We wanted a water filter installed under our sink. We found what we wanted, called Bill Archer to check if it would be possible to install. We emailed photos of our sink along with the faucet / filter we were looking to purchase.
Piece was purchased, we scheduled Archer to install. As usual, prompt, dependable, reasonable and courteous. Great experiences every time.

Now the faucet he fixed is broken again.

We called Archer Mechanical as we had used him previously and we were more than pleased with his work both times. The first time we needed a plumber, we were fortunate to find Archer Mechanical. Our first interaction was to fix a leaky toilet and leaky faucet in our bathroom on our lower floor which were never installed correctly. There was always water around the base of the toilet and the faucet in the bathroom sink would leak everytime we turned the water on. He was able to immediately tell us the issue with the toilet was that a wax seal was never put in between the bottom of the toilet and the floor, reseated the toilet and it hasn't leaked since. He replaced the faucet properly and again, no leaking issues since. That was about a year ago.

Not only is William A. Archer an honest, friendly, and professional man, he is also the most reasonable plumber we have ever dealt with. Archer Mechanical will be our plumber for any future issues and we will recommend him to anyone who needs his service.
