Brian and John are awesome. This was my fourth or fifth time having them here.  Showed up on time, removed shoes before coming in, made friendly conversation with my kids who were very intrigued by the work being done.  It is always the same with this company - they respect my time, my home, and my family in many ways.  First, they always call to let you know what kind of timeframe to expect.  Second, they are always careful to keep the work area as neat as possible.  Third, they make sure everything is working properly, and state the facts about what the issues are without adding anxiety or fear to the situation.  I can only add that we are so grateful to know a plumber like this, especially in this area. 

Although we played phone tag several times John and his team responded quickly and painlessly.

Plumber arrived on time - assessed the situation - never once doubted he would not finish or have the right parts etc. Just did the work and was on his way. Nice guys - easy to work with - professional. Even brought some UPS packages in out of the rain for me.

Need a plumber in Sparta? Sharpe is the ONLY one to trust.

John was fantastic! as i said he had to cut drywall and replace pipe, I was just so grateful he came right over since he was so busy i really appreciated it

bathroom sink facuts in both bathrooms installed well no problems so far.
Water valves for washing machine also installed well no problems yet.
However the toilet flusher started to fail two days later by becoming loose with each flush.
Called Mr sharpe however received no answer (call back) from sharpe plumbing .after leaving name and phone number.
Called several time durind the next two weeks but nevertheless the same thing no response from sharpe
plumbing. I stopped calling sharpe plumbing. My toilet is still not fixed. I still need to pour water into toilet bowl.

I called for an estimate after receiving one from another plumber, also on Angie's List. John Sharpe contacted me within 2 days and arranged by appointment to come over and review my needs. In approximately one week he returned with an estimate and samples of the actual valves and hardware he recommended for the job.
Although his estimate was slightly higher than the other plumber (who I used in the past but whose response was also very slow in estimating only one replacement valve), I decided to give the job to Sharpe as I had prior experience with his company and his response was excellent. We arranged a starting date over a week away because of my schedule.
On the appointed day, he called in the morning and started the job slightly before the agreed time. Four people arrived together to do the job. They started by covering the floors, stairs and hallways with drop cloths. After they got started Brian,Joe and another man who name I didn't get continued the work. In addition to the plumbing work, it was necessary to cup openings in 2 walls for access to the plumbing.and covering the openings with access panels when the job was complete. That work was done accurately and neatly.
The job was completed including cleanup late in the afternoon. They were very careful to leave the instruction sheets for everything with notation on the documents as to the installation date which may be useful later for warranty purposes.
Overall, the work was first class and professional. I couldn't ask for more.

Tom was an excellent choice. He responded promptly to my call and set up an appointment for the estimate. He arrived right on time for the estimate and was extremely professional. We agreed on a price and start date. He showed up at exactly 8:00 AM on the start date as promised. He completed the job on time and made several changes per my request as the job went on without any complaints or issues. The quality of his work was great and I am a very satisfied customer. I will be using Tom again when it comes time to redo my kitchen tile.

I had running water for 4 days before I found that. The guy who did the work was Brian White. He was just terrific. If I had the money, I'd have him back to fix every little plumbing thing I had because it was so nice talking to him. He is from the town and he knows everything about everything. He was just a real pleasure. It was just a total good experience. I was very relieved that it was taken care of, but he was very pleasant. He was an old school and honest. He was not trying to get over on anybody or taking advantage of the woman alone. He was excellent. He got it done when it was supposed to be done. It was great. It was very positive. I couldn't have been more delighted with everything. I would recommend him to anybody in a heartbeat. He was terrific. I couldn't have been happier. He even told me that if I ever had a problem then I could call him in the middle of the night because he lives in the same town. He was such a sweet person.

Do use them a very dependable plumber. They said to call them if I had any problems.

Brian was closer to me the day that I needed help. I set up an
appointment to replace a leaky shutoff valve to my dishwasher, so that I
could replace it with a new dishwasher.
I don't know where to begin. First of all, Brian called me when he was on his way, he was on
time and let me know exactly where he was coming from. He came into the
house, and I was worried because I had a leaky dishwasher and brand new
flooring. Brian was sure to put down cardboard and take every
precaution possible to keep the workspace clean. But he didn't just
change the valve...he proceeded to complete the dishwasher install. Then he left my kitchen cleaner than it was when he arrived. In the meantime, I was having furniture delivered, and it was a muddy day outside..so Brian offered his own dropcloths to protect my flooring from the delivery folks' muddy boots.
But that's not all.
I mentioned to Brian that the water pressure was horrible. He went downstairs to check the pressure in the well tank, and the valve was so corroded that it busted off and literally blasted him with water. He was soaked from head to toe. Brian refused to allow me to get him anything...and again, he replaced a bunch of little things, all the while explaining what they were and why they failed.
Based on my recent experience with other plumbers, I was expecting the bill to be double what it really was....after all, we are at the mercy of plumbers when it comes to running water in our home. But no...the bill was very fair and definitely a bargain on my end.
I could go on... we are new to the area and Brian and I were discussing different aspects of this county. He reassured me on many levels that this would be a comfortable place for my family. His friendly demeanor and positive attitude even garnered smiles from my babies!
I wish all contractors were like Brian, and Sharpe Plumbing is blessed to have such an awesome plumber. I will never use another company, and I will refer this company to anyone that needs plumbing work done. If Sharpe plumbing was sharp enough to have someone like Brian on staff, they deserve all of the business they can handle. I just wish I could find a contractor like this in other fields.

I have used Sharpe Plumbing and Heating three times now. Each time John's response was immediate.
I originally found Sharpe Plumbing on the internet when my bathroom faucet was leaking under the sink. I put a call on his answering machine and John Sharpe responded just a few hours later. He sent his associate Brian out the very same day.
Brian fixed the problem perfectly.
One Sunday in June I called Sharpe Plumbing again to request a service call to fix a problem with a toilet. Whenever the water ran a loud shrill sound could be heard throughout the entire house and even outside. It sounded like maybe air in the pipes. I had to stick a screw driver into some part in the tiolet tank to get it to quiet down...until the next flush. It was Sunday but John called me very early Monday morning and walked in my door a half hour later. He identified and replaced the broken parts in the toilet. He
also installed a much needed valve behind the toilet for easy shut off if needed. I made it to work on time.
Most recently I called Sharpe Plumbing to come fix a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink. When I found the water I touched the
old pipe and it was so corroded that it nearly fell off in my hand. Once again John Sharpe called me back within an hour or so.
His guys arrived two hours later and replaced the pipe.
***These are all small jobs but they all caused a certain amount of water damage. If left for days they could have turned into disasters. So I'm grateful to Sharpe Plumbing and Heating for responding immediately in each case.
The prices are always fair and the service is excellent.
As a result of their continuous professionalism I have 100% confidence in Sharpe Plumbing and Heating. I will absolutely use them for the big jobs to come.

We had a problem and needing a plumber, I checked Angie's List and found Mr. Sharpe's listing. He is a real gentleman and it was a pleasure to do business with him. I could not be more pleased with the result.

This was a GREAT company that I hope I don't need again but I will call again in a minute if I do.
I e-mailed on a Sunday morning because we were having a crazy water pressure problem in our house. They responded quickly to my e-mail and said they would send someone out to look on Monday morning which is what I had requested. On Monday morning I got a call early (I think 7:30) and he said he would be there in less than an hour. He was there within that time.
The plumber was very informative and friendly. It was a crazy problem of wandering bad water pressure. I had been told by an on-line plumber it was possibly from sediment clogging the pipes in various spots. He checked everything and fixed a few things. He answered all my questions and told us how to do a few things ourselves that we wanted to do like flush out the water heater (I think that's the term) and fix a faucet in the bathroom. He said to call again if the problem was ongoing and they would bring someone out to check the well pump.
We had tried everything we could to fix this before he came and nothing was working. This company responded quickly, the problem is fixed and they didn't charge a lot. They were wonderful! I would call them or recommend them to someone any time.

Was called by the owner around 7:30 the next morning, plumber local to us was on his way prior to 9 a.m. Arrived promptly, was pleasant, non-judgmental and very helpful. (We had tried to do an install ourselves and the part was apparently faulty/of very low quality). Replaced, cleaned up, checked everything and was very pleasant and easy going. What would have been a major nightmare in trying to get out of town due a planned vacation, was saved. Very fair pricing and super fast response. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Arrived promptly after having agreed to get to job earlier than he intended to accomodate my schedule.Installed outside spigot. Used some of my materials as requested but did not tell me until end why he chose not to install frost-free outlet, so it was too late to argue. Talkative, but got the job done in a reasonable time, although slightly longer than he had predicted.The man who did the work was not the owner, who had responded very promptly to my request for a quote. The owner was very courteous and helpful on the phone and easily scheduled an appointment. His worker showed up ready to do the job if I accepted the estimate.

Very, very well. John Sharpe called back within a reasonable amount of time, and dispatched Brian W to my home early the next day. Brian was extremely pleasant, came in a truck marked Sharpe Plumbing and installed a new part in the Toto toilet. He arrived at the time he said and the job was completed neatly and to my satisfaction. I would definitely call Sharpe Plumbing for any future plumbing problems.

Work went smoothly. Plumber was very professional and left area clean.

The job was great. They responded quickly and got the job done quickly. They were courteous and neat and clean - they did not make a mess.

I have lived alone and wasn't aware until my mother moved in that when the toilet upstairs was flushed it caused gurgling in the downstairs drain. The downstairs toilet would not always flush correctly as well and the water pressure was not what it should have been. They were very prompt in calling me back after I left a message and they came first thing the next day. The technician was very friendly and listened to me ( a women) as I described what was happening. He was very respectful of me, my mother and my house. He was even nice to my cats. He took care of the leak and changed out a filter, clearing up the problems and even cleaned out the tough stains that had formed in the bottom of the toilets. They did a great job, quickly and with a smile.

Outstanding. They were recommended by a friend that knew we had a very bad experience with a different plumber in the past. We got service within 24 hours of calling; Mr. Sharpe treated my son with total respect and completed an absolutely first class job. I was also anticipating a much higher service charge.
